Arcare Aged Care in Queensland's Sunshine Coast region is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate nursing care to residents. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and document care in the electronic system.

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition.
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team.

About The Role
