Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Adelaide team. You will provide person-centred nursing care that supports residents’ wellbeing, comply with Arcare’s policies and uphold clinical standards.

You’ll work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development. In this role you will conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, manage medications, coordinate care plans, document care accurately in records, and respond to emergencies with compassion.

Formación

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medications.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Document changes and updates using clinical records.
• Identify and manage pain and respond to emergencies.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care when needed.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
