Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a supportive environment. You will perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage medications while adhering to clinical standards and Arcare values.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a commitment to care planning, documentation, and collaboration with a care team. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required or to be obtained.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

What We’re Looking For
