Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Grade 1/Grade 2 positions in Melbourne. The role involves providing person-centred nursing care, health assessments, wound management, and care planning in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Current AHPRA registration is essential. The facility offers above award rates, extensive annual leave, and opportunities for professional development within a growing national network.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

7:00am - 2:00pm

$41.26 p/h + Super + Shift Penalties (where applicable)

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
