Job summary

Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt in Sydney is seeking a Training Leader to drive people development across venues. You will lead training for new venue openings, support recruitment, onboarding, and create engaging learning resources to uplift venue teams.

You’ll coach General Managers and staff to raise confidence and consistency, help with food safety and operational standards, and roll out national training initiatives with the Learning and Development team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Training position in hospitality or retail.
• Love coaching, mentoring and developing people.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bring positive energy and enjoy working with a variety of people.
• Enjoy being on the road and supporting multiple venues.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Continuous improvement mindset and finding better ways to do things.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for new venue openings across Sydney.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new venue teams.
• Create engaging training plans, workshops and resources.
• Coach Venue General Managers and teams to build confidence and consistency.
• Support food safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Complete venue audits to maintain high standards.
• Roll out new systems, processes and national training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders and Learning & Development.
• Identify knowledge gaps during venue visits and plan training.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the region.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading training for exciting new venue openings across Sydney
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new venue teams
• Creating engaging training plans, workshops and learning resources
• Coaching Venue General Managers and teams to build confidence, capability and consistency
• Supporting food safety, compliance and operational excellence across venues
• Completing venue audits to maintain our high standards
• Rolling out new systems, processes and national training initiatives
• Working closely with Operations Leaders and the Learning and Development team
• Identifying knowledge gaps during venue visits and creating practical training plans
• Building a culture of continuous improvement across the region
