Job summary

Yo-Chi in Penrith, NSW, is hiring a Team Leader to guide our busy shifts, set the standard on the floor and foster the friendly, energetic vibe we\'re known for. You will coach staff, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure safety, cleanliness and top-notch guest service. If you love leading from the front, we\'d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Ability to motivate and bring positive energy to a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident decision-making and problem solving during shifts.
• Availability for rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
• Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
• Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
• Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
• Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
• Ensuring every Yo-Chi served looks just as good as it tastes.
• Managing stock, receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
• Maintaining our food safety, hygiene and operational standards every day.
