Job summary

Yo-Chi in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead shifts, support the Venue Manager, and empower a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive daily operations, labour planning, P&L oversight, and cost controls while ensuring food safety and presentation standards.

You’ll coach, mentor and build a high-performing, inclusive team, champion a lively culture, hit KPIs, and contribute to Yo-Chi’s growth as the brand expands across venues.

Qualifications

• Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred).
• Proven success with KPIs, labour budgets, and financial management.
• Confident managing numbers and understanding what drives performance.

Back in 2012, we opened our first venue in Balaclava and it was just the beginning! Now we're building our team and looking for a Full-Time Assistant Venue Manager to join where it all began.

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be at the center of it all, leading shifts, supporting your Venue Manager, and empowering a high performing team to deliver their best! Bring your leadership experience, team first mindset and passion for exceptional customer experiences!
