Hudson Global, Inc. partners with an established Australian technology and water management business to recruit a commercially minded sales professional.

You will own a regional NSW/Victoria territory, developing new business and delivering practical irrigation and water management solutions to growers, councils, water authorities and commercial operators. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work remotely from the Riverina, enjoy autonomy, and collaborate with a technical team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales and territory management.
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Ability to plan call cycles and develop client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain products and systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory sales plans and customer call cycles.
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting and cold calls.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and demonstrate specialist irrigation and water management solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with regional dealers and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Provide customer support and assist with product training.
• Attend industry events, field days, promotions and demonstrations.
• Monitor sales performance, market opportunities and competitor activity.
