Job summary

Hygarde Water Australia – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking a NSW Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Water & Waste Water markets. You will identify projects early, influence specifications and approvals, and work with consultants and authorities to specify Hygrade products.

In this role you will lead the NSW sales effort, manage strategic opportunities, and build relationships with end-users, civil contractors and councils.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building with consultants, customers and authorities.
• Strategic product specification and market development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Hygrade Water sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Manage NSW & ACT sales activity, coordinate strategy, and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Identify early opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to secure targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, influencers, and specifiers.
• Spec out strategic products through regular contact with consultants and authorities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry groups.
