Rain Bird Corporation is seeking an Area Manager for NSW & ACT to drive irrigation sales growth through the dealer network. You will develop account plans, train on products and merchandising, and expand coverage by adding new dealer accounts across the territory.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record in meeting targets, strong customer relations, and capability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in B2B environments.
• Strong selling/communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and time management capabilities.
• High levels of strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing market presence.

Responsabilités

• Achieve agreed sales targets and increase market share.
• Grow dealer network and expand brand presence across NSW & ACT.
• Develop and execute account plans with dealers and drive local marketing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel to cover territory (minimum 10% time).
