Job summary

TAFE Queensland is seeking a Student Management System (SMS) Manager to lead regional SMS strategy, governance and operations across the SkillsTech region. You will oversee a team of SMS specialists, drive system improvements, and work with senior leaders to align SMS with educational delivery and business outcomes.

The role is Temporary Full-time (to 30 June 2027), based at the Acacia Ridge campus, with flexible arrangements negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SMS specialists.
• Drive SMS projects, improvements and change initiatives.
• Manage system security and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate submission of training data.
• Oversee course and qualification transitions.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements.
• Provide high-level reports and advice to support decisions.
