Job summary

Acknowledge Education invites applications for a Systems Coordinator to oversee the Student Management System (SMS), InPlace, JIRA and My eQuals, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will partner with internal teams and vendors, develop BI reports including Power BI dashboards, and contribute to TCSI and QILT reporting while maintaining clear system documentation and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS) and data in higher education.
• Experience with TCSI reporting, including data preparation, validation, submission and resolution of reporting errors.
• Experience with systems such as Meshed RTO Manager and JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data integrity, management and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support key student and business systems (SMS, InPlace, JIRA, My eQuals).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of student data across systems.
• Produce and analyse scheduled and ad-hoc operational, management and regulatory reports, including Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting (TCSI, QILT) including data preparation, validation and submission.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process manuals.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff for effective system usage.
