Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Australia region. You will map business solutions to complex security challenges, win market share, and build relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.

You will operate with a deep understanding of web technologies, cloud security, and competitive dynamics, delivering strategic outcomes while meeting revenue targets and expanding Netskope's footprint in the region.

Qualifications

7+ years of successful track record selling cybersecurity and networking technologies to enterprise customers.
Consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in large accounts.
Proven ability to exceed quotas year after year.
Residence in the target geography with local enterprise relationships.
Experience fostering strong Channel Partner relationships and pre-existing reseller ties.
Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience.
Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.
Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets in the territory.
Develop an account strategy leading to a well-executed selling effort into the territory/accounts.
Focus on new accounts, customer satisfaction, and retention.
