MetLife Australia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Victoria retail market. You will initiate new high-value distribution partnerships with quality financial advice businesses and deepen relationships with existing MetLife advice partners.

You will manage adviser panels, support sales activity regionally, and represent MetLife at PD days and industry events. The role shapes MetLife’s market approach and future retail offerings in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications (preferably in Business with a major in Marketing or Communications) are desirable.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
• RG146 accreditation is required or highly desirable.

• Plan and execute sales activity to achieve new business targets.
• Increase awareness and usage of MetLife’s retail insurance offer among financial advice businesses.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts to implement account plans and grow sales with licensee groups.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers to identify adviser opportunities and grow MetLife’s brand.
• Provide regular insights from advisers and licensees to improve MetLife’s end-to-end offering.
• Contribute to the development of MetLife’s retail insurance offer.
• Model best-practice sales behaviours and a proactive sales culture.
