Job summary

You will manage engagement strategies and calendar events, acting as the contact point for adviser stakeholders on sales queries, training and events.

You will support quoting, applications, suspense management, and state-based reporting, while coordinating events across the country to align with marketing and licensee plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support and training to adviser stakeholders on MetLife’s products, systems, and processes.
• Support adviser stakeholders with quoting and application processing.
• Manage suspense items when delayed by advisers/practices.
• Produce state-based reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate and implement events such as Friday Forums, PD Days, and Conferences.
