MetLife Australia is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join the Retail Sales Team. You will support the State and Sales Managers with administration, training, and systems/process guidance to boost sales through adviser networks across Australia.

You will also assist with quoting, application processing, suspense management, and state-level reporting while coordinating events and forums in your region.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of retail insurance products and how they are underwritten.
• Strong customer service focus and enjoys helping people and delivering great service.

Aufgaben

• Work with State and Sales Managers to provide administration support and training to adviser stakeholders on MetLife’s products, systems and processes to increase sales to MetLife.
• Support adviser stakeholders across quoting and application processing.
• Suspense management where items are delayed due to adviser/practice.
• State based reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate and implement events such as Friday Forums, PD Days and Conferences.
