Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
• RG146 accredited is required.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications are desirable (Business with Marketing or Communications).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activity to achieve new business targets.
• Increase awareness and usage of MetLife’s retail insurance offer among financial advice businesses.
• Work with Strategic Accounts to grow sales via licensee groups.
• Cultivate relationships with industry influencers to identify adviser opportunities.
• Provide regular insights from advisers and licensees to improve MetLife’s offering.
• Contribute to development of MetLife’s retail insurance offer.
• Role model best practice sales behaviours and culture.
