Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our customer base in Australia. This hybrid role, based in Sydney, reports to the Regional VP and focuses on solution selling across HCM and HR software, with an emphasis on strategic territory development and pipeline management.

You will translate product value to client outcomes, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to win opportunities while maintaining strong quota attainment and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer-facing solution sales in HCM/LMS/HR software.
• Ability to translate product functionality into client value.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and territory plan.
• Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities.
• Align to client needs and objectives; manage sales cycles and pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to establish Cornerstone presence in territory.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to win opportunities.
• Forecast accurately and drive quota attainment.
• Manage client care before, during, and after partnerships.
• Coordinate with APJ Consulting for successful implementations.
