Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Queensland, Australia. You will lead a growing sales team focused on farming customers, manage pipeline end-to-end from prospecting to close, and drive revenue while building lasting relationships with farmers and partners across Northern Queensland.

You will hire, coach and grow Territory Managers, set quotas and commissions, and help shape the regional strategy for Halter's expanding customer base.

Qualificações

• End-to-end sales capability across prospecting, closing and post-sale activities.
• Proven track record of sourcing new prospects and turning them into opportunities.
• Strong value-based selling with a history of high-volume deals.

Responsabilidades

• Set quotas and commissions for the sales team and manage sales targets.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers to grow regional performance.
• Source leads via proactive outreach, referrals, events and inbound inquiries.
• Manage pipeline from qualification to close and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for post-sale handoff and renewals.
• Build relationships with farmers and industry partners to expand Halter's brand.
