Job summary

MAX Solutions is seeking a RTO Business Manager for Rockhampton, Qld to oversee all aspects of the SEE program regionally. You will mentor staff, ensure compliant training services and work with senior management to maintain high standard outcomes across multiple locations.

The role focuses on leading regional operations, staff development, and strategic use of trainers and classrooms to maximise service delivery and participation with referral agencies and employers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of team management experience.
• Experience driving KPI targets and region plans.
• Ability to empower, engage and support teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in business development and government training contracts is advantageous.
• Working with Children Check is required before commencement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional operation with a strong SEE presence.
• Mentor and support staff to ensure compliant delivery of training services.
• Coordinate trainers, classrooms and scheduling to maximise regional offering.
