Job summary

Management and Training Corporation in Broadmeadows VIC seeks the Manager, RTO Compliance and Administration to oversee all aspects of RTO compliance, quality learning materials, and outcomes, ensuring ASQA standards are met across contracts and training activities.

You will lead the compliance and administration team, monitor enrolments, results, attendance, and AQTF indicators, drive improvements, and ensure certificates are issued within 21 days of completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTO compliance and administration.
• Strong understanding of ASQA Standards and AVETMISS.
• High level communication including negotiation with stakeholders and students.

Responsibilities

• Ensure RTO compliance across operations and training delivery.
• Monitor and address non-compliance, develop improvement plans.
• Manage data entry of enrolments, results, attendance, and AQTF indicators.
• Lead and develop the RTO compliance and administration team.
• Ensure completion timelines for certificates within 21 days of student completion.
