Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton RTO operations.
• Provide strategic leadership to deliver high-quality VET programs aligned with the organisation vision.
• Develop partnerships with schools, industry, and tertiary institutions to expand training pathways.
• Oversee validation, moderation, audits and continuous improvement across delivery sites.
• Mentor staff and build capability across VET teams.
