Job summary

Merse Wellness Spa is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to lead the performance of our spa network across Queensland. Based at our Virginia Support Office, you’ll support Spa Managers to deliver strong commercial results, consistent operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll coach Spa Managers, drive revenue and profitability, monitor performance data, and implement practical plans while upholding health, safety and wellbeing across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site or regional management.
• Track record improving sales, profitability and performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching for teams.
• Commercial data interpretation and action.
• Health and safety compliance knowledge.
• Clear communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools like Monday.com, SharePoint or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and other performance targets across all spas.
• Review key business drivers: bookings, memberships, packages, rebooking, retail, labour productivity.
• Coach and mentor Spa Managers, supporting leadership and development.
• Lead regular one-on-ones, sales meetings and team check-ins.
• Identify performance gaps and implement practical improvement plans.
• Maintain brand, guest service and workplace health and safety standards.
• Oversee site audits, risk checks and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and activations.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Lead projects to improve systems and guest experience.
