Job summary

Merse Wellness Spa is seeking a proactive Membership Consultant for its new Morley location. Based in South Perth, you will lead efforts to grow our membership base by engaging the local community, building corporate partnerships and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, highly motivated by results, and capable of developing strong relationships across diverse groups. Experience in wellness, fitness or hospitality is valued, with full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or membership sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR if needed.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through lead generation, networking and community engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, clubs, and community organisations.
• Convert enquiries into long-term members by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop referral partnerships and corporate wellness opportunities.
• Represent Merse Wellness at events and promotional activations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up with leads and guests.
• Support campaigns and Morley location launch in collaboration with marketing and operations.
