Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years leading technical teams or mission-critical operations.
• Experience delivering briefings to customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 hardware engineering service delivery across multiple locations.
• Oversee 24x7 operations and maintenance for mission-critical systems.
• Define responsibilities and delegate authority within the maintenance team.
• Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and ecosystem providers regularly.
• Establish, document, and enforce maintenance policies and standards.
• Plan staffing to ensure uninterrupted operational support.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a highly skilled workforce.
• Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Foster an inclusive culture and provide escalation point for issues.
• Coordinate corrective actions including repair or field service activities.
• Prepare status updates and performance reports for customers and leadership.
