Job summary

Leidos Australia seeks an IT Engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administrator experience to support a Federal Intelligence Agency contract in Alice Springs, AUS. You will provide Tier 2 support for a large Enterprise environment spanning Windows and Linux, with hybrid infrastructure and multiple security enclaves.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, extensive Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Windows/Linux administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant IT experience or Masters with 6+ years.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Active Directory Administration.
DNS, DHCP, LDAP.
Windows 10/Server 2012/2016 experience.
Linux operating system experience.
Troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, NETS).

Responsibilities

System Administrative duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVD and physical.
Troubleshooting application functionality, crash and performance.
Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experience.
Assist customers with Tier2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
Provide remote end user desktop support.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system incidents with short- and long-term solutions.
Responds to escalated service desk requests.
Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and teams.
Participates in special projects as required.
Willingness to provide initial triage, response, and notifications for incidents.
