Job summary
Leidos seeks an IT Engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administrator experience to join our team in support of a Federal Intelligence Agency contract located in Alice Springs, AUS. You will manage Windows and Linux workstations, perform application troubleshooting, and provide Tier2 incident resolution while coordinating with external teams.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s with 6+ years of related work and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; additional years accepted in lieu of degree.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required; current investigation within last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- System Administrative duties managing Windows and Linux workstations on EVD and physical systems.
- Triage, incident resolution, and user support (Tier2) for Windows and Linux apps.
- Remote end-user desktop support and cross-team collaboration to improve user experience.
- Investigate incidents and provide short-term workarounds and long-term solutions; communicate status to stakeholders.
