Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager in the Alice Springs area to lead Tier 2 hardware engineering service delivery across multiple locations. The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and a proven track record in managing 24x7 mission-critical operations.

You will recruit, mentor, and retain a skilled workforce while driving continuous service improvement and ensuring high-quality customer support.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 3+ years, or 8+ years equivalent.
• 6+ years leading or supervising technical teams, projects, or operational support orgs.
• Experience supporting operations in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 hardware engineering service delivery across multiple OCONUS locations.
• Oversee the Tier 2 hardware support team providing 24x7 operations and maintenance for mission-critical systems.
• Manage maintenance team activities, assign work, define responsibilities, and delegate authority.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, stakeholders, and ecosystem service providers.
• Ensure maintenance policies, procedures, and standards are established and followed.
