Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelors with 5+ years, Masters with 3+ years, or 8+ years equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years leading or supervising technical teams or operational units.
• Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and operational problems with creativity and judgement.
• Experience coordinating with customers, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 hardware engineering service delivery across multiple locations.
• Oversee 24x7 operations and maintenance for mission-critical systems.
• Manage maintenance team work, responsibilities and authority levels.
• Build communication with customers, stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure maintenance policies and standards are documented and followed.
• Plan staffing to ensure uninterrupted support and hire/mentor staff.
• Champion CSI initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer inquiries and issues.
• Prepare status updates and performance reports for customers and leadership.
