Job summary

Bridgestone Australia seeks a commercially minded Regional Franchise Manager to support and grow its Bridgestone Select network. You will partner with franchisees to develop business and profit plans, drive profitability, and identify growth opportunities across multiple stores to deliver superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or franchising across multi-site operations or business development.
• Experience in automotive/tyre/retail/franchise sectors is advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into growth actions.
• Proven track record of improving sales and profitability outcomes.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker who stays hands-on and action oriented.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, sales or franchising (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to develop and execute store-specific business and profit plans.
• Analyse sales performance, profitability and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular business reviews and support franchisees in achieving sales and profit objectives.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive sustainable growth.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the franchise network.
• Support onboarding and transition of new franchisees and stores.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve store performance and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to regional sales, profit and network growth targets.
• Champion safety, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the network.
