Job summary

Bridgestone Australia Ltd. seeks a commercially minded Regional Franchise Manager to support and grow our Bridgestone Select store network. You will partner with franchisees to develop business plans, improve profitability, and drive store performance while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will analyse sales data, conduct reviews, and implement action plans to close performance gaps, working with internal teams to achieve regional targets and promote safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, franchising, multi-site operations or business development.
• Experience within the automotive, tyre, retail or franchise sectors highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret financial/operational data.
• Proven experience improving sales and profitability outcomes.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Think strategically while remaining hands-on and action oriented.
• Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing/sales/franchising (desirable).

We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused Regional Franchise Manager to support and grow our network of Bridgestone Select stores. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with franchise partners, helping them achieve sustainable business growth while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and the broader Bridgestone network.

As a trusted business advisor, you'll work alongside franchisees to develop business plans, drive profitability, identify growth opportunities and strengthen operational performance across a portfolio of stores.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with franchisees to develop and execute store-specific business and profit plans.

Analyse sales performance, profitability and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular business reviews and support franchisees in achieving sales and profit objectives.

Develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive sustainable growth.

About You

You are a commercially astute business professional who enjoys influencing outcomes through strong relationships and practical business support. You are confident working with financial data, developing growth strategies and coaching business owners to success.

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

Experience in retail, franchising, multi-site operations or business development.

Experience within the automotive, tyre, retail or franchise sectors will be highly regarded.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Proven experience improving sales and profitability outcomes.

Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, sales, franchising or a related discipline (desirable).
