Job summary

Bridgestone Australia Ltd. seeks a commercially minded Regional Franchise Manager to support and grow our Bridgestone Select store network. You will partner with franchisees to develop business plans, improve profitability, and drive store performance while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will analyse sales data, conduct reviews, and implement action plans to close performance gaps, working with internal teams to achieve regional targets and promote safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, franchising, multi-site operations or business development.
• Experience within the automotive, tyre, retail or franchise sectors highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret financial/operational data.
• Proven experience improving sales and profitability outcomes.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Think strategically while remaining hands-on and action oriented.
• Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing/sales/franchising (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to develop and execute store-specific business and profit plans.
• Analyse sales performance, profitability and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular business reviews and support franchisees in achieving sales and profit objectives.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive sustainable growth.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the franchise network.
• Support onboarding and transition of new franchisees and stores.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve store performance and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to the achievement of regional sales, profit and network growth targets.
• Champion safety, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the network.
