Job summary

Bakers Delight is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of bakeries across Melbourne's northern and north-western suburbs and regional Victoria. You will partner with franchisees to drive commercial performance, profitability and growth, splitting your time between the office and bakery visits.

This senior leadership role offers autonomy, travel and real influence to unlock opportunities and deliver strong results for an established Australian brand.

Qualifications

• A commercially minded leader who can influence and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management with credibility at all levels.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen, including P&L, sales and performance data.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach navigating change and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of Bakers Delight bakeries using P&L, sales and data to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders across the network.
• Navigate complex situations, balance priorities and implement practical solutions.
• Lead growth plans, new bakery openings, acquisitions and changeovers with franchisees and internal teams.
• Collaborate with National Support Office to improve franchisee performance, brand and customer experience.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on bakery visits to stay connected with the ground reality.
