Bellcore Pty in Canberra is seeking a State Manager to own and grow the ACT, Riverina and Snowy Mountains region, leading sales strategies and customer partnerships in civil construction technology. You’ll leverage industry relationships, manage key accounts, identify upcoming projects, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver demonstrations and solutions that improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven civil construction sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACT, Riverina and Snowy Mountains markets.
• Ability to identify opportunities early and build a sales pipeline.
• Technically minded with willingness to learn products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a regional sales and business development strategy.
• Build understanding of upcoming civil infrastructure projects across ACT, Riverina and Snowy Mountains.
• Track project pipeline and identify key contractors and procurement opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts while securing new customers and developing strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with business owners, directors, project managers, engineers and procurement teams.
• Own sales targets, opportunity management, forecasting and territory reporting.
• Lead commercial discussions, prepare proposals and negotiate sales.
• Coordinate technical specialists to support consultations, demonstrations and solutions.
