Job summary

Agrifutures invites a commercially driven Regional Manager NSW to lead revenue, margin and growth across construction, civil infrastructure, mining and industrial sectors. You will own budgets, build pipelines, and deliver engineering-led solutions while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to win major projects.

Lead strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and provide technical product guidance, while driving growth and profitability across NSW with a hands-on market approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable sales, commercial, business development or regional leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, mining or industrial markets.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, grow market share and develop strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional sales budgets, revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute annual regional business and sales plans aligned with broader strategic objectives.
• Identify and pursue new markets, projects and commercial opportunities to increase market share.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across specialist engineered construction and ground-support products.
• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, industry engagement and strategic client development.
• Develop trusted relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors and other industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical product and application advice, recommending solutions based on project requirements.
