Job summary

ReillyScott, a well-established specialist in capital equipment and mobile plant, seeks a high‑impact Regional Sales Manager for NSW/ACT. You will lead a small team, drive new and used equipment sales, and grow parts and service revenue across government and utility fleets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience selling capital equipment, mobile plant or related machinery.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Leadership capability to coach and guide a small sales team.
• Existing networks across local government, contractors or fleet operators in NSW/ACT.

Responsibilities

• Own sales across NSW and ACT, leading a small team including an Account Manager and a Demonstration Driver/Trainer.
• Maximise new and used equipment sales and grow parts, service and whole‑of‑life revenue for the territory.
• Pursue opportunities with existing customers and open new accounts with local government, contractors, utilities and fleet operators.
• Prepare tenders, quotations and proposals including public sector submissions.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting, CRM data and market intelligence.
• Deliver product demonstrations, field days and trade events to win work.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager based at the Western Sydney facility, with travel across NSW and ACT as required.
