Job summary

Bellcore Pty is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow a portfolio of customers across NSW’s industrial, civil and construction sectors. You will focus on compressed air and related equipment, meeting maintenance, shutdown, breakdown and project needs.

Based in Sydney, you’ll deepen relationships, win new customers and contribute to rental and equipment sales growth across NSW.

Qualifications

Experience in key account management or sales within equipment hire or related industry.
Track record of retaining customers, expanding accounts and winning new business.
Knowledge of industrial operations and civil/construction environments.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Disciplined CRM, pipeline management and sales target focus.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow key accounts across industrial, civil, construction and infrastructure sectors.
Identify hire opportunities for maintenance programs, shutdowns and projects.
Develop new business via site visits, referrals and targeted prospecting.
Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities.
Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple facilities and sites.
Coordinate equipment availability with hire, operations and service teams.
Identify opportunities for equipment sales and related services.
Maintain account plans, sales pipelines and forecasts.
