Adaptalift Riverina is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to cover the Riverina region, including Albury Wodonga. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and tailor materials handling, agricultural and construction solutions.

• Autonomous BDM experience in a similar industry.
• Strong business development mindset and proven sales strategy execution.
• Confident in approaching new customers and building relationships at multiple levels.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with customer service focus.
• Results-driven with clear sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and keeping pipeline moving.
• Flexibility to travel within the territory and interstate when required.
• Mechanical knowledge advantageous; forklift licence not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new customers and build a strong pipeline across sales, service and rental.
• Visit customer sites to assess equipment needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Demonstrate equipment and explain features and benefits.
• Own opportunities from initial contact to quotes, proposals and close.
• Develop new accounts while expanding existing relationships.
• Monitor local market and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and forecast with cross-team collaboration.
