Visy Global Logistics in Griffith is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Riverina region, building long-term partnerships with local businesses and communities.

You will leverage regional networks in agriculture, grains, wine and manufacturing to open doors, tailor logistics solutions, manage a healthy pipeline and deliver sustainable revenue growth for Visy. This role offers autonomy, leadership support and a tangible regional impact.

Formación

• Proven track record in business development or sales leadership.
• Strong local networks across Riverina region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and strengthen relationships across Griffith and Riverina.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through local networks.
• Create, manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline.
• Engage with agricultural, grain, wine, manufacturing and other regional industries.
• Understand customer challenges and develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Represent Visy Logistics at local industry events.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
