Job summary

Linde Material Handling Australia is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Melbourne. You will focus on generating new business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding our presence across NSW and VIC, working closely with Senior Business Development Managers to grow market share.

This role rewards proactive relationship building, strong proposals, and accurate CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to travel interstate as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW and VIC.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify key decision-makers.
• Support sales growth in partnership with Business Development and Territory Managers.
• Develop customer-focused proposals and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
