Job summary

Morrison is expanding its retail leadership in Western Australia and South Australia. We seek an Area Manager to oversee six stores, build capable Store Managers, and drive sales, profitability and exceptional customer experience across the region.

You will lead recruitment, visual standards and operational readiness while collaborating with Head Office to support growth and new store openings. Travel across WA/SA is required.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion or premium lifestyle retail.
• Track record of developing Store Managers and high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to translate insights into action.
• Hands-on, visible leadership with a focus on time in-store.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, VM, stock management and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, profitability and performance across six WA and SA stores.
• Partner with Store Managers to analyse KPIs, identify opportunities and deliver budgets.
• Drive sales productivity, conversion and continuous improvement across the network.
• Champion Morrison's brand values and consistent customer experience.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and team development within the region.
• Support future store openings, relocations and expansion initiatives.
