Brandbank Group is seeking a motivated Retail State Manager to oversee multi-site operations across Western Australia from Perth. You will drive a sales culture, manage store teams and collaborate with VM to uphold visual standards.

You will recruit, develop talent and lead remotely while ensuring high customer service and stock control across locations. This role suits a hands-on leader with fashion retail experience and a passion for brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites for a fashion apparel retailer (concession pad experience advantageous)
• Proven ability to lead and develop store teams
• Strong people leadership with remote management experience
• Eye for styling and maintaining high Visual Merchandising standards
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and scheduling skills
• Able to implement head office initiatives across locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations across Western Australia from Perth.
• Drive a sales culture across Concession and Concept stores.
• Collaborate with VM to implement and maintain VM guidelines.
• Uphold high customer service standards in all sites.
• Manage stock to maximise sales opportunities.
• Lead recruitment and talent development strategies.
• Communicate business initiatives from Head Office to all locations.
• Maintain strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders.
