Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Store Manager for the Port Douglas location to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive customer service excellence, and lead a small team. You will manage rostering, stock control, reporting and ensure health and safety policies are followed, while coaching staff to deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

About The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
