Job summary

OTR Brisbane is seeking a hands-on leader to manage day-to-day store operations, deliver exceptional customer service and lead a small team.

You will be responsible for rostering, stock management, reporting and ensuring health and safety policies are followed; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Pre-employment includes Australian working rights and a police clearance, with Reddy Express as a division of OTR Group within the Viva Energy Retail Australia network.

About The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
