Job summary

Reddy Express is seeking a store operations supervisor to support day-to-day store activities across a busy retail site. You will lead customer service delivery, support training, rostering, stock management, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

You bring leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to coaching others and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
