Job summary

OTR Group's Reddy Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and lead a small team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with rostering, stock management, and reporting, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

You will coach and develop team members, drive training, and help maintain high standards across shifts while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
