Job summary

Duratec is a leading Australian contractor providing design, build, remediation and decommissioning services. The recruitment team hires across blue and white collar roles and manages the full end-to-end process, including employment contracts.

The role operates from Wangara with one day per week work-from-home and a focus on delivering quality hiring. You will work with hiring managers and HR, manage onboarding checks, and use PageUp to maintain records.

Qualifications

• Experience in wages and/or salaried recruitment whether in house or an agency.
• Proactive, self-starter.
• Identify next steps in the process and act without prompt.
• Experience in facilitating interviews, using applicant tracking systems, and ad writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a national blue collar dashboard, with the flexibility to support with white collar if required.
• Source candidates via a variety of search techniques, LinkedIn recruiter, Seek Talent.
• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Arrange, book and participate in interviews.
• Support onboarding activity including identification verification, reference checks, and police clearances.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts for all new hires, ensuring compliance and clarity across all roles.
• Liaise closely with hiring managers and HR team members.
• Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp.

THE ROLE

The Duratec recruitment team hire across both blue and white collar roles and manage the full recruitment process end-to-end including employment contracts.

Responsibilities
