Job summary

Duratec is seeking a strategic leader to own and grow the national Access Division from Balcatta, WA, with ad hoc travel across Australia. You’ll report to the COO and drive safety, profitability and growth while shaping a market-leading access capability for major projects in defence, mining, infrastructure and more.

Establish, lead and grow a dedicated national access division.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a business unit with the support of Duratec's Executive Leadership Team, shaping a market-leading access capability that supports some of Australia's most significant construction, remediation, defence, mining and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for driving safety, operational excellence, business development, profitability and long-term growth across the national access portfolio.

THE ROLE

You will be accountable for building a sustainable and profitable national access business unit, while supporting broader Duratec operations through innovative access solutions and technical expertise.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the national access growth strategy.
