Job summary

Duratec Limited, a leading Australian contractor headquartered in WA, is seeking to establish and grow a dedicated national access division. You will own a market-leading capability with support from the Executive Leadership Team and drive safety, profitability and long-term growth across the national access portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will develop growth strategy, lead a national team, manage P&L, build client relationships and secure access-only contracts across

• Extensive experience in access, scaffolding, industrial services, maintenance, construction or related sectors.
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship management success.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts and profit and loss responsibilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
• A track record of improving operational performance and delivering profitable growth.

Establish, lead and grow a dedicated national access division.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a business unit with the support of Duratec's Executive Leadership Team, shaping a market-leading access capability that supports some of Australia's most significant construction, remediation, defence, mining and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for driving safety, operational excellence, business development, profitability and long-term growth across the national access portfolio.

THE ROLE

You will be accountable for building a sustainable and profitable national access business unit, while supporting broader Duratec operations through innovative access solutions and technical expertise.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the national access growth strategy.
• Identifying, bidding for and securing access-only contracts across Australia.
• Supporting multidisciplinary projects through self-performed access solutions.
• Leading national safety performance and ensuring best-practice systems and procedures.
• Managing the Access Division profit and loss.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
