Job summary

Duratec is a leading Australian contractor delivering design, build, remediation and decommissioning services across diverse sectors. This role, based from Balcatta, involves coordinating all tender submissions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring compliance with branding and industry regulations.

A pre‑employment medical/background check applies. The successful candidate will manage content creation with SMEs, review CVs and capability statements, and maintain bid libraries

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator.
• Experience in the construction/building industry or similar desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting and proofreading.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for coordination and completing high-quality EOI’s and tender responses.

• Coordinate all deliverable for tender submissions and ensure compliance with timeframes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions
• Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
• Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies, branding and industry regulations
• Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions
• Assist with the maintenance of data and bid information libraries

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator
• Previous experience working in the construction/building industry, or similar desirable
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading
• Excellent organisational skills
• Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
